Salary: $110,000.00


Job Details:

The primary responsibility of the Technology Services’ (TS) ERP Cloud Solution Delivery team is to maintain and support two highly visible cloud systems, Coupa and Workday. We are seeking a Coupa Analyst to augment the team.

The contractor will provide support including troubleshooting production issues, configuring the Coupa application, and performing end-to-end testing of integrations, reports, and business processes. The contractor will support the production Coupa environment, future releases, and the development of new solutions and enhancements.


Requirements:

The candidate must demonstrate the following knowledge and experience:

  • Ability to configure, implement, test, and document solutions in Coupa
  • Experience with regression testing of the application and integrations for upcoming Coupa releases
  • Strong analytical and development skills in Coupa Analytics
  • Excellent work ethic, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Support regression testing of new Coupa releases
  • Design and test assigned reports
  • Monitor integration issues in production and work with business users and the scrum team on issue resolution
  • Document project deliverables such as requirements specifications, design, and test results

Place of Performance:

Full-time telework is available. Local staff are required to report to the office in Washington, DC, one day a week.
