ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Designs and/or directs all creative for all levels of various department projects including but not limited to menus, in-store merchandising, signage, email, digital, and paid media assets.
  • Oversees all aspects of our print production operations and logistics, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of high-quality printed materials.
  • Guides the development and execution of marketing strategy and brand guidelines. Ensures consistent adherence to guidelines for all materials and activities.
  • Manages photo and video shoots alongside the Senior Director of Brand Marketing, including leading pre-production meetings, art directing during shoots, and editing images and videos to ensure alignment with brand standards.
  • Review current vendors and make recommendations for any quality and efficiency improvements. Participate in vendor review process and advocate for best vendor for each project
  • Manages the project flow, delegating and providing creative direction to internal team, agencies and freelancers (when applicable), handling any issues that arise with projects, and working with the Senior Director of Brand Marketing to ensure that every project gets delivered with the highest quality, aligns with strategy, is on time and within budget.
  • Responsible for mentoring and coaching graphic design specialist.
  • Performs other duties assigned by manager and provides back-up support to peers within the Miller's team.



REQUIRED SKILLS & EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, or related field.

5 plus years of experience in the marketing or advertising field with graphic design experience.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Quick to absorb and analyze large amounts of information and communicate to key stakeholders.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, all Social Media Platforms, and Project Management platforms.
