In the Director Of Business Development role, you will help this company in its commitment to serve others by managing and overseeing all regional census augmentation activities.Develop the region's multi-channel marketing, communication, and payer relations strategyEnsure all census targets for region are met/exceededImplement and measure the success of comprehensive marketing, communications, and public relations programsDevelop strategic plans to increase payer engagementOversee Customer Relations Management tool use and reporting systemsCreate reports reflective of marketing data; interpret reports and drive direction for the regional sales teamPlan strategies to manage higher-level relationships and augment activity by payer source; increase payer diversity by sourcing new accounts (public and private) and developing strategies for engagement and executionSynthesize regional industry trends and needs to drive marketing, funding, and admissions strategic plansDevelop short/long-term plans and budgets for marketing/communicationsDesign, support, and oversee cross-functional marketing/business development teamsEnsure that customer satisfaction of all constituents remains highQualifications:Bachelor's degree with substantive related experience; degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferredMinimum of 7 years of experience in Marketing Rehabilitation Service ProvisionEstablished relationships with general healthcare market leaders, rehabilitation, and funding agencies preferredAbility to develop, initiate, and facilitate contract/business-related developmentAbility to effectively supervise, manage, and report contract/business development initiatives, goals, and industry relationshipsExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate and motivate in a team environmentOutstanding business ethics in all aspects of confidential business development, strategy, and communicationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong administrative experience and solid marketing knowledge and experienceExperience with desk-top publishing, database management, Microsoft Office SuiteWhy Join Us?Full compensation/benefits package for full-time employees401(k) with company matchHigh impact work with meaningful outcomesPaid time off and holiday payEnjoy complex work that makes a difference in the lives of those we serveCareer development and advancement opportunities across a nationwide networkSevita is a leading provider of home and community-based specialized health care.
