Your responsibilities will include:Acting as the Brand Guardian, ensuring all marketing efforts align with the brand's identity.Developing and managing promotional calendars, product lifecycle campaigns, and integrated marketing programs.Collaborating with various teams such as Merchandising, Engineering, and HR to drive marketing initiatives.Leading marketing communications, overseeing public relations, and ensuring digital properties reflect the brand's vision.Planning and executing strategic events, including bi-annual market events to enhance brand awareness.Managing the annual marketing plan and budget to maximize sales growth.The ideal candidate will demonstrate:Proven ability to drive business results through integrated marketing strategies.Leadership skills that inspire others and drive team collaboration.Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach.Experience managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Passion for high-end furniture, fashion, and interior design.Minimum requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.8+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in consumer products, furniture, or related industries.Strong skills in digital and product marketing, as well as internal and external communications.15-20% domestic travel required.
