Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Registered Speech Language Pathologist to promote and restore patients‘ health by completing the physical therapy process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families; supervising assigned team members.
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will:
Evaluate patients referred for home care services to determine appropriateness for physical therapy services.
Establish a home care plan including assessment of the appropriateness of the requested services.
Complete documentation in a timely manner.

$65 - $135 per visit (depending on the type of visit and experience)
