Harnham is actively hiring and is looking for super-stars to join our leading training programme for sales recruiters. If you are looking for an opportunity to progress quickly, earn fantastic money that correlates to the work that you put in all whilst working for a reputable business where you can actually carve yourself a career - you're in the right place


Expected Earnings: You'll get a basic salary, uncapped (no threshold) commission plus bonuses from day one. We don't expect our graduates to spend time as resourcers or trainees before doing a 360 role. Typical earnings are as follows: Year 1 c$80k, Yr 2 c$120-140k, Yr 3 and beyond, $170k+


We also offer a full suite of benefits such as 401k, health insurance, a generous amount of PTO + everything from free trips to quarterly all expenses paid lunches.


Our training Programme: You will be a full-time employee from the moment you start with us and able to get promoted upwards during that time. However, we do offer an extensive training programme to start off your career in the right way. Our Training Programme is designed to take you from recruitment rookie to recruitment master all whilst working alongside the support.

The Role: Harnham's role is full 360 - meaning that you will be involved in both the business development to win new clients (companies), account management with clients as well as resourcing and managing candidates.
