Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Work Location: Columbus, OH
Duration: 4 month contract
Education/Experience Required: H.S Diploma; 2+ Year of experience

Job Description & Responsibilities :
  • Government high rise in downtown Columbus (candidate will have to pay for parking $7 a day -Not eligible for expense)
  • Support the engineering staff operations
  • Basic commercial plumbing and electric and repairs will be needed
  • 50lb minimum lift requirement
  • Utilizing a work order system
  • They do need to have a cell phone to communicate throughout the building and utilize the work order system. (max $60 per month eligible expense).
Skills & Qualifications :
  • H.S Diploma
  • 2+ Year of experience
  • Plumbing and Electrical Experience
  • Utilized a ticketing system in the past would be preferred
