Job Description:

Description: Project Manage ~80 DX Finance testers in order to complete S4 conversion UAT.

Project Monitoring and Status Reporting: Tracking project progress, identifying issues and risks, and providing regular report outs to stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track.

Testing Coordination: Ensure that all Finance UAT Testing is completed on schedule. Act as Liaison with the S4 team.


Responsibilities:

Provide Stakeholder Management Support: Provide follow-up support to Finance Transformation points of contact with numerous stakeholders. Assist the coordination and prioritization regarding follow up from all the stakeholder meeting to do’s (e.g., ensure all project plans and timelines reflect current state).


Decks & Presentations: Lead creation, update, maintenance, and distribution of key presentations for program-wide initiatives and project-specific deliverables across all FT teams; drive standardization of key messages, content, visuals, etc.


Risk Management: Identifying potential risks to project and develop strategies to mitigate or eliminate them to minimize disruptions.


Quality Assurance: Ensuring that testing documentation meets quality standards. Confirm project benchmarks are being delivered, measure and track overall transformation goal progress/KPIs


Experience:

Must be a strong communicator as will be dealing with almost 80 finance managers.

This is testing of the day-to-day functions that the managers use to do their core jobs.

Involves testing, documentation, weekly reporting, citing and tracking down defects, etc.


Skills:

Ensure that all Finance UAT Testing is completed on schedule. Act as Liaison with the S4 team.


Education:

BA/BS preferred
