The PMO Analyst is responsible for providing project management support and analysis to ensure the successful delivery of projects within the organization. The PMO Analyst works closely with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to monitor project progress, identify, and mitigate risks, and optimize project performance. The Finance SAP Project User is responsible for testing and validating the functionality of SAP systems and applications within the organization. The Finance SAP Project User works closely with the IT team, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP-related solutions.


Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the finance team and subject matter experts to understand and document business requirements and ensure the SAP system is configured to meet those
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new SAP financial features or
  • Provide support to other finance users on the effective use of SAP for financial
  • Identify and report any issues or errors within the SAP financial modules, and work with the Project team to resolve
  • Assist in the implementation and rollout of new SAP financial features or
  • Serve as a point of contact for finance-related SAP inquiries and
  • Execute comprehensive test cases to validate the functionality of SAP financial modules, configurations, and
  • Perform various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing on SAP financial
  • Identify, document, and track defects and issues found during testing, and work with the IT and development teams to resolve
  • Serve as a liaison between the subject matter experts and the IT department, effectively communicating testing results and
  • Support on developing training materials and sessions to finance end-users on the proper use of SAP financial


Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance,
  • 3-5years of experience in a project management or business analysis
  • Thorough understanding of financial accounting principles and
  • Proficiency in using SAP financial modules, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset
  • Familiarity with SAP reporting and business intelligence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional
  • Experience in providing end-user training and support is


Nice to Have Skills

  • Project management experience
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and
  • Proficiency in project management software [e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence].


Hours of Operation: M-F, 8-5PM

Hybrid Work: 3 days per week required in Woodcliff Lake, NJ

Hybrid schedule (3 days in office & 2 days WFH)
