We are seeking an innovative Technical Program Manager to contribute to the growth of our company’s technology products. This role includes duties as manage and guide through the various stages of product development and collaborating with different teams. You will be responsible for deployment and integration of new products.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and own project plans, define schedule while focusing on timely delivery of value to customer.
  • Manage mid-large size projects, be the single point of contact for customer relationship.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including customer facing teams and internal development and implementation teams.
  • Organize and lead project status and working meeting
  • Establish project roles and responsibilities and provides team members with clear direction where required.
  • Support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables
  • Assess project status, escalate appropriately, develop corrective measures to ensure project success
  • Negotiate across multiple functions to resolve project conflicts and competing priorities.
  • Establish Reporting cadence as appropriate for team, stakeholder and executive reporting.

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in a related industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of BI concepts, methodologies, and technologies, including data warehousing, ETL processes, and reporting tools.
  • Experience with cloud-based BI platforms ( Azure) is desirable.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement and cross-organization events in collaboration with Engineering or Product Management leaders
  • Extensive experience in software product engineering, deployment, and integration.
  • Advanced proficiency in writing clear technical documents, such as business and technical requirements, functional specifications and use cases scenarios.
  • Advanced proficiency in programming languages and coding, such as SQL Server’s T-SQL.
  • Monitors feature performance to find opportunities to address continuous improvement Experience in product development planning and providing leadership.
  • Ability to evaluate product performance metrics, as well as diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Ability to keep up with advancements in the field of technical product development.
