We’re looking for people passionate about meetings and events, experienced in dealing with the unknown, facing last minute changes head on with an unfaltering smile and positive attitude to creating memorable and engaging experiences for our clients.


Most importantly, we’re looking for someone to join our team As a small (but growing) group based just outside of Princeton it’s really important we find someone that gets us; after all we’ll be spending more time together than most other people in our lives


As part of this role, you'll be taking the lead on planning a variety of different programs with some of our clients in the lifesciences space. This could be anything from a advisory board to attendance at an international congress or a large standalone event. An eye for detail, along with a drive to follow and develop compliant process is a must.


Travel, both international and domestic, is a key part of the role with exciting opportunities to see other parts of the world. It’s also really important that you’re able to be in the office on a regular basis (3 days per week) so whether you’re local to Princeton, planning to relocate, or happy to commute please keep this in mind.


We have a number of roles currently available within our team for meeting planners ranging from $60k-$75k per year.

Role requirements

  • The ability to think laterally – problem solving is a huge part of any role in event management, so we need you to be able to think outside of the box


Here's some role specific experience we are looking for (we don't necessarily expect you to have all of these):

  • Client communication experience, managing stakeholders and complex programs
  • Budget and financial management including an acute eye for detail (especially when it comes to final reconciliations)
  • Experience in planning and executing meetings and events from a small, high touch, environment to complex multi-day programs for 500+ attendees
  • Skills in timeline management, workload allocation and delegation
  • Writing and receiving briefs, extracting key information and communicating to the wider team
  • Travel, transport, catering, tour and activity management experience
  • Congress management experience including compliance for HCP attendance
  • Supplier/Vendor management including negotiation, contracting and delivery
  • Experience with event management systems (e.g.cvent, swoogo, aventri etc)
