East Coast Capital is searching for a dynamic and driven individual to fill the role of Marketing Manager. The position will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our online and offline presence. This role involves managing social media accounts, creating compelling content, and driving marketing campaigns that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and has a strong understanding of digital marketing trends.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management:
  • Develop and manage the company’s social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Create and schedule engaging content that reflects our brand values and resonates with our target audience.
  • Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.


  • Marketing Campaigns:
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts support business objectives.
  • Manage marketing budgets and track the ROI of campaigns.


  • Content Creation:
  • Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and email campaigns.
  • Write and edit content for various channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing materials.


  • Brand Development:
  • Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image through strategic marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
  • Innovate and suggest new marketing strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Experience in content creation, graphic design, and copywriting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in marketing tools and software (e.g., Canva, WordPress, Notion, etc. ).
  • Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus.
