Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Content Marketing Strategist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in enhancing our marketing efforts across various channels, ensuring that our content resonates with our target audience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive content strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a content marketing advisor, collaborating with internal teams to support content creation and distribution initiatives.
  • Work closely with strategy and customer experience teams to identify target audiences and map out customer journeys.
  • Establish the significance of content marketing within our overall marketing strategies and advocate for its integration.
  • Lead the creation and dissemination of engaging content strategies, partnering with technology and analytics teams to assess performance metrics.
  • Oversee our internal content marketing initiatives through strategic management of social media and other marketing channels.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and external partners involved in content marketing efforts.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in content strategy is required.
  • Experience in an advertising agency is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing trends and best practices.
  • Proven experience in developing diverse social media and content marketing materials (portfolio submission requested).
  • Creative problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with social listening tools and marketing analytics software.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems effectively.
  • High energy, positive demeanor, and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in SEO, public relations, journalistic writing, graphic design, and digital marketing is a plus.
