Business Operations Specialist SeniorMayvin is seeking a skilled Business Operations Specialist Senior to provide comprehensive executive and mission support, ensuring efficient delivery of administrative, operational, and coordination services across customer leadership and mission partners. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of supporting complex workflows while aligning day-to-day operations with mission requirements. Senior level Business Operations Specialists may be requested to provide support not only to the customer, but serve as a resource to more junior team members, providing education and direction when required. This contract is pending award. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required.Responsibilities:Provide executive and mission support to ensure effective administrative and operational functionsManage workflows, track tasks, and facilitate task completion across teams and leadershipSupport executive decision-making through research, data collection, and reportingPrepare and coordinate correspondence, briefings, and documentation for leadershipOrganize and support meetings, including preparation of agendas, materials, and follow-upsMaintain accurate records, files, and documentation in compliance with organizational and IC policiesFacilitate seamless communication between internal teams, external partners, and leadershipIdentify process improvement opportunities and assist in implementing operational efficienciesServe as a liaison to ensure alignment between day-to-day operations and mission objectivesSupport special projects and initiatives as assigned by executive leadership
