POSITION SUMMARY

The Business Operations Manager helps to improve the operations of the company so that it is more effective, efficient and compliant with laws and industry regulations. The specific duties of the manager include, but are not limited to, reviewing many aspects of company operations, assisting to improve operational processes to better serve customers, and to make the company operations more efficient. This individual must possess excellent communication skills, as this position will be working with many different departments and members of leadership.

OBJECTIVES

  • Serve as a conduit between sales and marketing by assisting the sales team with list generation, report generation, and lead assignment within HubSpot
  • Improves existing processes and procedures, and provides ideas for new processes and procedures
  • Assist with projects, as needed from departments and leadership
  • Handle internal requests for assistance within HubSpot ticketing system
  • Actively search for opportunities to streamline/clean up HubSpot (e.g. lead list management, contact/company property management, contact management)
  • Manage user permissions/account settings within HubSpot and Aloware
  • Generate reports and reporting dashboards within HubSpot, in line with direction from various leadership team members based on their departmental needs
  • Strategize on process automation within HubSpot by working with external departments
  • Deliver on all projects in a committed time frame with effective communication along the way.


COMPETENCIES

  • Ability to understand how teams within Cardone Ventures are connected to see how changes within one department can impact another
  • Ability to serve as a liaison between different departments
  • Ability to work in HubSpot CRM and have a deep understanding of how to fully leverage the platform to automate processes
  • Ability to conduct technology research autonomously and report on findings
  • Ability to problem solve for inefficiencies within the organization by developing new/adapted tools, processes, and procedures
  • Strong change management skills in order to deploy organizational initiatives within multiple areas of the business


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2 years’ work experience in Business Consulting or Management


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
