divh2Senior Partner, Ad Partner Management, Walmart Connect (Independent Agencies)/h2pThe Senior Partner, Ad Partner, Management Independent Agencies is an individual contributor responsible for driving scaled education, activation, and long-term engagement across a portfolio of Independent Agencies. This role is central to shaping WMCs Independent agency program and enabling partners to grow confidently with Walmart Connect and Walmart DSP./ph2What Youll Do/h2pAdvance Independent Agency Strategy Growth: Execute against the strategy and operating plan for WMCs Independent Agency Program. Work within a high-potential agency cohorts to opportunities to accelerate adoption and usage. Cohort will include DSP Resellers./ppProvide Scaled Education Enablement: Build and develop scalable education frameworks, including playbooks, webinars, workshops and to expand DSP Reseller program. Translate complex product, data, and measurement concepts into actionable guidance that improves campaign performance and accelerate growth./ppDrive Activation Incremental Investment: Create customized support for DSP Resellers and high growth potential agencies. Partner with Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and Operations to ensure agencies have the insights, materials, and support needed to grow./ppCollaborate Cross-Functionally: Share agency feedback and Product, Ops, Marketing and Measurement to influence product enhancements and roadmap direction. Work with data and analytics partners to track adoption trends, identify whitespace opportunities and report program impact./ppRepresent WMC across the Independent Agency Ecosystem: Build strong, consultative relationships with agency owners, media directors and platform leads. Option 2: Masters degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area. Option 3: 5 years experience in brand advertising (for example, television, video, sponsorship), media sales, customer acquisition and growth, search, mobile, or online sales. 5 years experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales. 5 years experience managing client accounts. 5 years experience as a strategic advisor working with C-suite clients./ph2Preferred Qualifications/h2pOutlined below are the optional preferred qualifications for this position.
