This role is central to shaping WMC's Independent agency program and enabling partners to grow confidently with Walmart Connect and Walmart DSP.What you'll do...Advance Independent Agency Strategy & GrowthExecute against the strategy and operating plan for WMC's Independent Agency Program. Work within a high-potential agency cohorts to opportunities to accelerate adoption and usage. Cohort will include DSP Resellers.Provide Scaled Education & EnablementBuild and develop scalable education frameworks, including playbooks, webinars, workshops and to expand DSP Reseller program. Translate complex product, data, and measurement concepts into actionable guidance that improves campaign performance and accelerate growth.Drive Activation & Incremental InvestmentCreate customized support for DSP Resellers and high growth potential agencies. Partner with Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and Operations to ensure agencies have the insights, materials, and support needed to grow.Collaborate Cross-FunctionallyShare agency feedback and Product, Ops, Marketing and Measurement to influence product enhancements and roadmap direction. Work with data and analytics partners to track adoption trends, identify whitespace opportunities and report program impact.Represent WMC across the Independent Agency EcosystemBuild strong, consultative relationships with agency owners, media directors and platform leads.
