Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supply Chain Manager. The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire supply chain process, from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished products. This role is critical in ensuring that the company's supply chain operations are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with business objectives. The Supply Chain Manager will work closely with suppliers, production teams, and logistics partners to manage inventory levels, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for efficient supply chain management, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality raw materials.
  • Oversee inventory levels, ensuring that the right amount of stock is available to meet production needs without excessive overstocking.
  • Collaborate with the production team to align production schedules with supply chain capabilities and customer demand.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all supply chain activities.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of finished products to customers.
  • Manage and develop the supply chain team, providing training and support to ensure high performance.
