Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Generator Maintenance Lead who can provide leadership to a team of technicians performing maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of generators. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in Briggs and Straton, Generator Maintenance, and generator systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of technicians responsible for generator maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and uptime
  • Perform complex repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance on generators and related systems
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Significant experience in generator maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting
  • Strong technical skills in Briggs and Straton engines and generator systems
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage a team of technicians
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Understanding of safety and environmental regulations
