The Quality Engineer we are seeking to have the following demonstratable skills:

The Quality Engineer will:

  • Collaborate with electrical engineers to ensure manufacturability of electrical components and assemblies.​
  • Develop and optimize electrical assembly processes, including equipment selection and setup.​
  • Implement strategies to increase product yield and reduce defects.​
  • Seek opportunities to reduce manufacturing costs while maintaining quality.​
  • Oversee the maintenance and calibration of electrical manufacturing equipment.​
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure component quality and delivery.​
  • Implement and maintain quality control systems for electrical products.​
  • Provide technical training to production staff.​
  • Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and practices.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
  • 10-12 years experience
  • Experience with QMS (Quality Management Systems)
