About Us:

CONDUCTR specializes in creating immersive and interactive experiences through advanced AV and lighting installations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and test AV and lighting systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to coordinate installation activities, ensuring timely and efficient project completion.
  • Technical Support: Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting during installation and initial operation phases.
  • Pre-Installation Preparation: Assist in the preparation and staging of equipment, including reviewing schematics and setup plans.
  • Quality Control: Ensure installation standards are met, conducting thorough testing and quality assurance checks.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, including configurations, system layouts, and any issues encountered and resolved.
  • Travel: Travel extensively to various client sites across the United States to perform installations and provide on-site support.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide training on system operation as needed.


You should have:

  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in AV and/or lighting system installation.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of AV and lighting systems, including experience with equipment from manufacturers such as Barco, Christie, Medialon, Q-SYS, Pharos, EOS, etc.
  • Software Proficiency: Able to read AutoCAD and sketch up drawings
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to work on-site for extended periods, often in physically demanding environments.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the United States.
