Required Qualifications...

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, urban planning, real estate development, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in land development or construction.
  • Must be able to operate a motor vehicle, climb stairs/ladders, navigate jobsites, read plans, and lift over 25 pounds.
  • Strong knowledge of Civil Improvement Plans.
  • Occasional travel required.
