You'll be the go-to person for scheduling, problem-solving, and making sure everything runs smoothly.Your day-to-day includes:Leading the charge on all construction projectsAssigning tasks and guiding our superintendents to successKeeping everything on time and on budget (like a project ninja)Making sure all work meets local codes, standards, and high-quality expectationsCapturing and organizing project info from photos to contractsWrapping up projects with end-of-job debriefs and team check-insWhat We're Looking ForWe're all about finding people who are hands-on, adaptable, and ready to take ownership of their role.Requirements:High school diploma or GEDPrevious experience in construction managementPMP certification?
