Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Manager, Campaign Management:

- Lead the planning and execution of campaigns to support customer acquisition, retention, revenue, and branding objectives as defined by the organization.

- Develop and manage detailed project plans within our project management tool.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive marketing tactics from inception through to completion, ensuring clear and effective communication.

- Advocate the Hilton Marketing process to internal and external partners.

- Utilize data and analytics to inform and enhance creative implementation.


Required Skills for Manager, Campaign Management:

- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Minimum Years of Experience: 6+ years of professional work experience in Marketing Operations, Campaign Management or Project Management.

- Proven ability to manage detailed project plans, timelines with multiple dependencies, and creative teams.

- Demonstrated sound judgment, professionalism, and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
