As an Inside Sales Representative at Tax Relief Helpers, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and businesses resolve their tax issues. We are seeking individuals with some sales experience who can excel in a phone-based sales environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Engage with potential clients via phone to understand their tax issues, providing them with a clear understanding of our services and how we can assist them. *No cold-calling* prospects. We ensure warm leads only.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' tax situations to identify their specific needs and determine the most appropriate tax resolution services.
- Solution Presentation: Articulate the benefits of Tax Relief Helpers' services, tailored to the client's needs, to effectively close sales and help clients regain financial peace of mind.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure accurate and complete documentation of client interactions and transactions, adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Sales Growth: Work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, tax regulations, and our services to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and sales managers to share best practices, strategies, and insights to optimize sales performance.
- Client Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for clients throughout the sales process, ensuring their needs are met and they receive the assistance they require.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent education is required.
- Some prior sales experience is preferred, especially in a phone-based sales environment.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive phone presence.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with potential clients.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to actively listen and understand clients' needs.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Adaptability to learn and stay updated on tax regulations and our services.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills to manage leads and follow-ups effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, sharing insights and best practices.
- Ethical and professional conduct with a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
