As a Front Desk Agent, you will manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle inquiries with enthusiasm, and ensure every visitor feels valued from the moment they arrive.Duties:Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and welcoming check-in processManage guest reservations, modifications, and cancellations with precision and careProvide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiencesHandle all guest inquiries via phone and in person using multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquetteMaintain accurate records through hotel procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports for managementRespond promptly to guest requests or concerns, demonstrating exceptional customer service and guest relations skillsCoordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met efficientlyProcess payments securely and accurately while adhering to hotel policiesUphold hospitality management standards by managing front desk operations smoothly during shiftsAssist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and updating guest informationPrepare and serve food and drinks in the hotel PlaceryExperience:Previous experience in a hotel or hotel setting is a plusProven customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactionsExperience working at a front desk or reception area within a hotel or resort environmentBilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse guests effectivelyFamiliarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageousKnowledge of night audit procedures enhances operational efficiency during overnight shiftsStrong communication skills, including phone etiquette, are essential for success in this roleDemonstrated ability to handle guest relations professionally under pressureAble to serve and sell alcohol in the state of ColoradoThis paid position offers an engaging work environment where your enthusiasm for hospitality can shine.
