Job Type: Long term contract

Rate: $85-90/hr


Job Requirements:


The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Salesforce architecture, APIs, administration and development, with a proven track record of leading, managing and delivering complex Salesforce projects. As a Salesforce Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex solutions while working closely with global stakeholders and offshore dev team in Cambodia. You will play a pivotal role in mapping business requirements to system/technical requirements incorporating industry and client’s best practices.

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Provide technical guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and test plans.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce development.

- Strong technical skills in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce security and data model.

- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect are required.

- Experience with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or E-commerce is a plus.
