  • Ensures that all accounts are properly paid, using established guidelines, and that all invoices are posted to provide accurate management reports.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Contacts sites to expedite invoice processing prior to month end.
  • Assists AP Team and Accounting department with special projects.

  • Moderate Excel skills: compiling, adding/subtracting, VLOOKUP formulas and pivot tables
  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • General accounting knowledge
  • Ability to multitask


Job Information:

  • Duration: 3 to 6 months
  • Schedule: Onsite - Monday through Friday (There's is a possibility of the schedule being hybrid in the future.)
