Waterfront Restaurant Manager

The Lighthouse Inn, located in West Dennis, MA, is a classic Cape Cod waterfront hotel and restaurant. Situated on nine secluded oceanfront acres, the inn offers a private sandy beach, heated pool, tennis, family activities, and a full-service restaurant with panoramic ocean views. The Lighthouse Inn provides accommodations in Cape-style guest houses and cottages, catering to Family Reunions, Wedding Celebrations, Groups, as well as a Summer Getaway for couples and families. The inn operates from Memorial Day Weekend until Columbus Day in October.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at the Lighthouse Inn in West Dennis, MA. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining high levels of customer service, and hiring new team members. The Restaurant Manager will also be involved in food and beverage management and communication with customers.
- Experience in the hospitality industry
- Strong customer service skills, including customer satisfaction and communication
- Experience in hiring and managing staff
- Knowledge of food and beverage management
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
