SALESFORCE CONSULTANT

We are looking for a dynamic Salesforce Consultant to join our delivery team. In this role, you will be central to our astonishingly great service model, working daily with one or more Revely clients to address business, revenue, sales, and marketing challenges.


Your regular job responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with client staff and Revely teammates to analyze and understand business requirements and craft practical, customized technical solutions that leverage Salesforce and the full digital ecosystem
  • Support the development and implementation of proposed technical solutions to serve client needs
  • Conduct thorough system testing and validation to ensure optimal performance of all proposed and implemented solutions
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of Salesforce applications
  • Maintain consistent, clear, and informative communication with all project stakeholders at all times
  • Stay updated with Salesforce advancements and serve as a trusted resource with Revely clients to recommend future system enhancements
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation for all projects using internal systems and client-facing communication channels


Candidates for this role will have these qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or end user
  • Salesforce certifications, like:
  • Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce App Builder
  • Salesforce Consultant
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development tools such as Apex, AMPScript, Visualforce, Lightning, and SOQL
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs and third-party applications
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Prior experience working for or partnering with Marketing and Sales teams
