Position Overview: As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our digital transformation asset management optimization software. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their supply chain operations.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Account Leadership: Develop and oversee the strategic agenda to grow business within the account, ensuring alignment with RADIX’s objectives. Manage and direct the overall system scope and objectives for team engineering projects, focusing on major initiatives and departmental goals.


Client Relationship Management: Map key customer areas, stakeholders, and decision-makers to foster long-term technical and strategic relationships. Maintain a continuous and constructive dialogue with decision-makers to develop a trusted advisory role.


Business Development: Identify new areas and opportunities within the account to expand RADIX’s operations. Manage a portfolio of projects aimed at sustainable growth in client relationships.


Proposal Development: Craft and support the creation of technical and commercial proposals for new opportunities. Engage in negotiations to support business expansion and opportunity realization.


Operational Excellence: Devise or modify procedures to address complex challenges, considering project capacity, limitations, and desired outcomes. Conduct quality assurance reviews and provide direction to ensure project completion and user satisfaction.


People and Resource Management: Instruct, direct, and monitor the work of functional and cross-functional team members. Impact financial and budgetary viability through effective people and resource management.


Sales and Growth: Execute strategic account plans to meet sales targets and broaden our customer base. Collaborate closely with cross-functional leadership to integrate organizational excellence.


Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to develop marketing collaterals and coordinate marketing campaigns. Attend conferences to expand network and make presentations on Radix's solutions.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Proven work experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role in the supply chain logistics industry.

Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

Experience with CRM software.

Understanding of sales performance metrics.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.


Travel

Greater than 50% travel is expected for this position.
