  • Drafting, editing, and redlining real estate and corporate documents
  • Real property searches and locating recorded documents in real property records
  • Electronic filing of deeds and other real estate documents in county property records
  • E-mail management
  • Calendar and meeting management/scheduling
  • Document markups and changes, including redlines
  • Correspond via telephone calls, e-mails, and Microsoft Teams with clients
  • Retrieving documents from county databases{Travis County recording)
  • E-Filing and green folder/bucket filing
  • Time entry
  • Pre-bills sent out to attorneys/bill processing
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements {flight and accommodation booking)
  • Event planning (catering, event decorations/rentals, etc.)
  • Expense tracking


Requirements

  • 3-5+ years Legal Assistant experience (preferably in real estate law)
