Position Overview:

We are looking for an Expert Lead Gen Manager who is passionate about MarTech and has a proven track record of generating high-quality leads. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and managing advanced MarTech tools and strategies to drive lead generation, nurture prospects, and convert leads into loyal customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies that leverage MarTech to identify, attract, and engage potential customers.
  • MarTech Integration: Utilize and integrate various MarTech tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics, AI-powered solutions) to optimize lead generation processes and campaigns.
  • Campaign Management: Design, implement, and manage multi-channel lead generation campaigns, including email marketing, social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze lead generation performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Provide regular reports and actionable recommendations to the team.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Create and optimize customer journey maps to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for prospects throughout the lead generation funnel.
  • Tag Management: Oversee the implementation and management of tag management systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of marketing activities.
  • DSP and Bidder Platforms: Manage demand-side platforms (DSP) and bidder platforms to execute programmatic advertising strategies effectively.
  • Advanced Analytics: Utilize advanced MarTech analytics platforms to gain deep insights into lead behavior, campaign performance, and ROI.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives and ensure a consistent brand message.
  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in MarTech and lead generation. Continuously explore new technologies and methodologies to enhance our lead generation capabilities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in lead generation marketing, with a focus on MarTech.
  • Proven track record of successfully generating and nurturing high-quality leads.
  • Proficiency in MarTech tools and platforms, including CRM systems, marketing automation software, analytics tools, tag management systems, DSPs, and bidder platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Experience in Paid Social including Meta, YouTube, X, LinkedIn and TikTok
  • Familiarity with data sources such as Zoom Info
  • Demonstrated success in optimizing budgets in excess of 500K in monthly spend


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI-driven marketing solutions.
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Certifications in relevant MarTech platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
