Title: Assistant Vice President, Corporate Strategy - Finance & Accounting
Department: Private Equity Operations
Firm: Alternative Investment Manager >$50 billion aum
Location: 3-4x a week in Midtown, NYC

Description:
- Serve as the main point of contact for projects involving operational efficiency for the Investment Operations organization
- Utilize knowledge of Investment Management Operations processes and tools in order to identify best practices and encourage change adoption
- Gather requirements, documentation, and develop use cases
- Document process workflows and diagrams
- Execute all aspects of projects assigned
- Develop training plan and user acceptance
- Advise and present to senior executive level stakeholders on a regular basis
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience managing large scale projects for the Investment Operations, Accounting, or Technology group within an Alternative Asset Manager
- Experience with integrating asset managers into existing ecosystem, post acquisition
- Experience with process and technology integrations
- Domain knowledge of Private Credit, Real Estate, and/or Private Equity
- Proven ability to understand upstream and downstream impact on technological and process changes
- Highly detail oriented, concise, and thorough
- Excellent written and oral communication with both Business Stakeholders and Technical Teams
- Bachelors Degree completed
