Our goal is to provide our valued members and guests with a world-class experience, and our General Managers are a critical link in ensuring that our clients' experience in our spa is nothing short of exceptional Our GM's set the tone for the spa, coach and train the team to excellence, drive sales performance, and grow the business.As a General Manager, you will:Provide an excellent customer experience to all clients through the answering of phone calls, setting appointments, greeting clients and membership sales and managementOversee and manage daily operations of the spaManage and drive spa sales performanceRecruit, hire, and develop talented spa professionalsTrain, monitor, and coach performanceMembership education and sales - including sales goals and incentivesPassionately promote products and servicesCommunicate with Service Provider team and maximize appointment bookFind opportunities for grassroots marketing and local community connectionsAdministrative duties including reporting, P&L analysis, payroll, cash handling, inventory and ordering, etc.Role requirements:Proven passion for communicating with peopleCapability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidaysAbility to occasionally travel for training sessions, conferences, meetings with clients, or other business-related activitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA fast learner, with a positive attitudeComfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Computer proficiency; knowledge of retail/appointment booking computer systems is a plusA strong team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervisionExceptional organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitaskingCritical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolutionAbout FGG Spa, LLC: FGG Spa, LLC is a growth-focused franchisee of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, currently operating more than 60 locations across 8 states.
