The Marketing Manager Will:
- Oversee all projects and tasks submitted by the Sales team on behalf of travel partners. This includes managing print and digital ads, flyers, and other marketing content.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing coordinator to develop schedules, set deadlines, and allocate work to marketing team members. You’ll also work across departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and other key stakeholders to create customized marketing materials.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on all marketing material to ensure they adhere to brand guidelines and accurately represent our offerings.
- Keep the Sales team informed about upcoming marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Promotions/Inventory Management teams to develop enticing travel advisor incentives and exclusive account-specific offers.
- Ensure offer details are seamlessly integrated into the reservation system, internal reference tools, and broadly communicated.
- Monitor the success of account sale offers and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure marketing and sales fulfillment needs for events are met, proactively monitoring inventory levels.
- Commuting to Hidden Hills office 4 days a week
Your Marketing Manager Experience:
- 4+ years of direct marketing experience
- 1+ years of experience managing a team
- Strong knowledge of full cycle marketing process/structures
