Sales And Program ManagerSales Focus, Inc., (SFI), the global leader in Sales Outsourcing, is searching for a Sales & Program Manager to "Develop, Train and Grow" an existing sales team in the energy industry. The Sales & Program Manager will be responsible for managing sales teams across the US.This position is the direct interface between Sales Focus and our client. The Sales & Program Manager has the responsibility to guide and direct the program, continually monitoring progress as well as all process and procedures.The ideal candidate is analytical in their approach to managing sales agents, focused on performance and KPIs, and also have the ability to go in the field and train them how to close deals.Operational ResponsibilitiesConduct client kick-off meetingsEnsure successful program launch by partnering with recruiting, operations, and other SFI DepartmentsDevelop and train the sales staff through continual trainingTrack and measure sales rep performance against KPIsServe as the primary contact between the client and SFI Internal teamsWeekly calls and reporting to client on achievements, obstacles, observations and recommendations.Program continuation and expansionWeekly operational meetings with SFI executivesSales QuotasMeet or exceed monthly team sales quotasConduct training for each of his or her sales reps on a continual basisManage your team to drive and develop solution to close a sale by identifying and eliminating objectionsRequirementsPreferred to have sales management experience in Energy SalesExperience with medium to large sales teams on the Regional / National LevelTravel will be required to manage multiple teams across 42 states5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goalsSelf-starter with exceptional management skills and great attention to detailPerksCompetitive Base plus CommissionAbility to accrue 2 weeks' vacation10 paid major holidaysHealth/Dental/Vision401KSFI is the sales outsourcing pioneer.
