How You‘ll Perform the Role


  • Responsible for administering training programs for packers, covering packaging processes, equipment operation, quality, and safety protocols.
  • Conduct on-the-job training sessions to provide hands-on guidance and support to new packers, ensuring they understand and follow standard operating procedures.
  • Train packers on quality procedures and standards, ensuring they understand the requirements for inspecting and packaging products.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to packers, addressing any performance concerns and providing coaching and feedback.
  • Preform regular Packer duties and all other duties as assigned.



What We Need From You


  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.
  • Work overtime as required.
  • Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management.
  • Ability perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
  • The commitment to stay safe and to continue to learn and develop.
