Dealer Source Ltd. is seeking a confident and friendly Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative for a fast paced office.

FULL TIME Monday -- Friday Hours: 8:00am to 5:30pm

Compensation: Salary (DOE) + Monthly Commission (after probation period)

As an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for processing inbound sales calls, emails and/or face-to-face counter sales while upselling and cross selling a menu of aftermarket automotive products and services. You will provide assistance to customers throughout the purchase process. From the moment you greet customers until their sale has been finalized.

Specific Duties may include:
  • Answer and Process inbound sales calls and emails to assist customers in a timely manner
  • Greet walk-in customers and assist them through the ordering process
  • Research and Answer questions from our internal employees and customers
  • Discuss features and benefits of products and services by answering questions and making suggestions of available products to meet our customer's needs
  • Determine customers' needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions, up-selling additional products and supplies for each job
  • Establish rapport with new customers and nurturing relationships with long term customers and assist in the development of sale
  • Constant interaction with customers regarding shipping/installation date, anticipated delays and any additional information needed/requested by the customer
  • Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise
  • Check in FedEx / UPS to ensure products arrived on time and all components are accounted for.
  • Follow-up on potential sales (Pending) that were unable to be scheduled throughout the week
  • Maintain the daily installation schedule via Google Docs and Manual Board
  • Confirm appointments for the next day
  • Create and Update New sales orders and warranty work orders in QuickBooks
  • Order Product via Online and over the phone
  • Process Warranty paperwork / custom jobs / special orders
  • FOLLOW-UP. . . FOLLOW-UP. . . FOLLOW-UP
  • Other duties as assigned
