We are currently seeking to fill an Operations Coordinator opening. This position supports the Operations Department in processing, communicating and reporting media campaign details to all internal departments.


As our next Operations Coordinator, you will:

·       Manage and direct communication for campaigns between departments

·       Process creative assets necessary to launch a campaign (digital, TV, radio, print, outdoor)

·       Utilize media buying software to create, maintain, and process necessary campaign details and reports.

·       Organize and analyze data to effectively transfer necessary details into Excel templates and software for campaign launches.

·       Track and report project deadlines to management and various teams within organization.

·       Compile and maintain media campaign reports for both internal department and client use. 

·       Support all internal departments with research requests utilizing various software and available data.

·       Maintain accurate filing system and network folder structure.

·       Complete unique projects or tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

·       Moderate to advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.

·       Ability to learn, operate, and master complex software.

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all departments.

·       Collaborates well with others in a team environment.

·       Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.

·       Strong time management skills to prioritize and maintain personal project list.

·       Detail-oriented.

·       Associates degree required.
