Role Description

This is a full-time Office Manager Marketing Assistant role at Classic Cleanouts in Malden, MA. This hybrid role requires three days in the office, potentially moving to two days after full training on our systems and industry. The Office Manager Marketing Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks such as administrative assistance, office administration, customer service, and managing office equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Assistance: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, answer inbound calls, and provide friendly customer service.
  • Scheduling: Book and schedule jobs, estimates, and client follow-up appointments.
  • Invoicing and Reporting: Send invoices, manage payments, and run reports.
  • Customer Service: Take calls from new and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in managing marketing campaigns in Constant Contact, schedule events, and help create marketing content such as flyers and promotional materials.
  • Office Management: Oversee office administration tasks and manage office equipment.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Friendly and upbeat personality with a good phone manner
  • Experience in administrative assistance and office administration
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with office equipment
  • Experience in marketing or related fields is a plus
  • Experience with HubSpot and Constant Contact is a plus
