We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our Client's manufacturing team in Arlington Heights, IL. This direct hire position offers a competitive pay rate of $22-25 per hour and a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, starting on June 17. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate efficiently between departments, ensuring timely dispatch and customer satisfaction. The role requires a professional yet approachable demeanor, adhering to a business casual dress code. Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of call center/ dispatching
  • Software: Salesforce, Epicore10, and SAP

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately route and address customer inquiries using a multi-line VoIP phone system.
  • Assist internal and external customers with transactions requiring service department resources.
  • Communicate with customers and staff about billing disputes, scheduling, material control, and project tasks.
  • Prepare quotations, requisitions, and documents related to invoicing, accounting, expense reporting, and payroll.
  • Schedule and monitor on-site fulfillment of customer requests using a cloud-based field management system and communicate with management about escalated issues.
