The ideal applicant will have a flair for design and be eager to learn our products and discuss plans with walk-in clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and identify customer needs
  • Explain products and services to customers
  • Monitor inventory to ensure the product is in stock
  • Enter and process customer orders
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills


Primary responsibilities will include:

- Greet visitors and identify customer needs

- Explain products and services to customers

- Sales of products

- Answer & direct incoming phone calls

- Manage appointment calendar and incoming leads

- Multitasking and prioritizing

- Receive orders

- Investigate and resolve customer complaints

- General showroom maintenance


In many cases, this position will be the first contact with our clients.


The ideal candidate must:

- Be punctual and reliable

- Present themselves in a professional manner

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Possess exceptional phone etiquette, verbal and written communication skills - Be extremely well organized and pay attention to detail

- Have a working knowledge of computers (including Internet, Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook) and the ability to learn.

- RFMS, ProKitchen, 20/20 knowledge is a plus


Job Types: Full-time, Part-time


Pay: From $16.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

  • Sales Experience: 1 year (Required)
