Job Overview: The Mid-Market Engagement Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with largest customers, in the mid-market and enterprise categories. This role involves understanding client needs, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring the delivery of our exceptional, managed administrative service through our productivity assistant teams.


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for mid-market (and enterprise) clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience with Prialto's services.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to lead successful conversations with senior executives and key stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Manage contract renewals and business expansion opportunities with existing members.
  • Prepare and deliver in-depth presentations to demonstrate progress and return on investments.
  • Leverage Prialto's standard policies, processes, and guidelines to drive successful service delivery with our overseas assistant teams.
  • Become a subject matter expert on clients' organizations and initiatives for value-driven growth.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or related field, or equivalent working experience.
  • Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a similar role, preferably within the mid-market and/or enterprise segment.
  • Strong project management skills and a process-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives.
  • Demonstrated success with a distributed team.
  • Proficiency with core programs in Microsoft 365 (and/or Google Suite) for most common business functions.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, LastPass, and Zoom is a plus.
  • A sense of urgency, ownership, and a strong problem-solving ability.
