Schedule: Hybrid, Full time, days, with some on-call requirements

Pay:Starting at $124,800k, goes up based on years of experience, and a full benefits package


The Duties of the DON are but may not be limited to: Oversee development, implementation, and maintenance of nursing policies and procedures that comply with federal regulations and state guidelines. Foster a culture of evidence-based practice by developing and maintaining protocols that adhere to healthcare best practices. Champion ongoing education of the nursing staff to equip them with the knowledge, skills, and values for holistic patient care. Participate actively in meetings to advocate for nurses and ensure their voices are heard in shaping patient care models. Work with HR and CFO to develop competitive wage strategies.


REQUIREMENTS:

- Active, unencumbered Utah RN license or compact state

- Bachelor's degree in nursing

- Minimum 3-5 years of general nursing experience

-Ability to obtain BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, and STABLE upon hire
