As Marketing Coordinator, this individual will play a pivotal role in supporting marketing efforts, enhancing brand visibility, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the firm.


Responsibilities:

  • Write, design, and manage proposal submissions for new business, including creating creative marketing collateral and overseeing all logistical components.
  • Design and manage portfolios and presentations, including basic graphic design tasks.
  • Maintain records, forms and documents and utilize data to research and inform decisions.
  • Provide a supporting role on other efforts such as public relations, award submissions and project photography.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and adherence to marketing strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, media and/or public relations is preferred.
  • Minimum three years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to take on ambiguous or complex tasks and independently strategize an approach.
  • Must be detail oriented, with the ability to multitask.
  • Basic graphic design skills, including knowledge of layout and adhering to existing brand standards.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is preferred, not required, with a willingness to learn.
