Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing on-site construction operations for complex commercial projects, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day field activities, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee on-site operations for commercial construction projects, ensuring all work is executed to high standards.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure project schedules are maintained.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality control, and company standards.
  • Monitor project progress, resolving issues in real time to keep projects on track.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Maintain daily logs and progress reports, providing updates to all relevant stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with experience in Industrial, Municipal, Office, Entertainment, or Leisure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and scheduling.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and deliver high-quality projects under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • OSHA certification or similar safety credentials preferred.
