Staffmark is looking for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor for a leading medical technology manufacturing company in sunny Los Angeles, CA, in partnership with Staffmark Riverside. Schedule: 50 hours per week, flexibility required

Pay: $30.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of industrial machine maintenance experience
  • Experience with food manufacturing equipment maintenance
  • Supervisory experience
  • Proficiency in PLC programming and HMI/SCADA systems
  • Associate‘s or Bachelor‘s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field is preferred
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing and prioritizing maintenance activities
  • Coordinating with departments to minimize downtime
  • Managing preventive maintenance programs
  • Troubleshooting equipment issues
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for our employees.
