Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating project teams to ensure smooth implementation of visual merchandising strategies across various retail locations.
- Create and manage regular reports on project statuses
- Prepare meeting agendas, capture detailed meeting notes, and provide timely recaps to ensure alignment and follow-up on action items.
- Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Act as a liaison between internal partners, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups to drive project success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred, but not required.
- Previous experience with visual merchandising or similar role is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and collaborate with various internal partners.
