Position Overview: The Social Commerce Manager (TikTok Focus) will be responsible for developing and executing social commerce strategies on TikTok. This role requires a deep understanding of TikTok's platform, trends, and user behavior, combined with a knack for creating engaging content that drives brand awareness and sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop, produce, and edit high-quality TikTok videos that resonate with our target audience and promote our products.
  • Strategy Development: Create and implement social commerce strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and sales through TikTok.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends, challenges, and features, and leverage them to enhance our social commerce efforts.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with the TikTok community by responding to comments, participating in relevant conversations, and fostering a loyal follower base.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and integration across all social platforms.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and strategy. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights.
  • Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with TikTok influencers to amplify brand reach and drive sales.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in social media management, with a strong focus on TikTok. Experience in social commerce is a plus.
  • Creativity: Strong creative skills with the ability to produce engaging and shareable content.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in using analytics tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Passion for Social Media: Deep understanding and passion for social media, particularly TikTok.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
